This weekend the 10U team, (sponsored by IQ Business Events), hosted the 10U/Minor Mosquito Tournament, which saw the visiting Brantford Red Sox go home as tournament Champs!
Playing in their first game Friday evening, the 10U team fell 14-11 to Royal York Cardinals.
The team rallied on Saturday, winning 10-6 over Richmond Hill Phoenix and 12-11 over Stratford Nationals, advancing them to Sunday.
In
the Quarterfinals, the 10U team pulled off a decisive 14-5 win over Newmarket Hawks in the Quarterfinals before coming up short in a 6-5 loss to the Whitby Canadians in the Semifinals.
The Finals saw Brantford Red Sox coming out on top in a decisive 12-2 win over the Whitby Canadians.
